1. Service Usage - APIs are provided for business use only - Misuse, fraud, or illegal activity is strictly prohibited
2. Account Responsibility - You are responsible for API keys and access - Any activity via your account is your responsibility
3. Payments & Charges - All services are chargeable as per agreed pricing - Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
4. Service Availability - We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability
5. Suspension We may suspend services if: - Terms are violated - Fraud or risk detected
6. Liability BOOM PAY TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for indirect losses, delays, or third-party failures.
7. Governing Law This agreement is governed by Indian laws.
